Ambrosia – Sunday, June 5
The founding members of Ambrosia decided on the
moniker to represent a vision of their music: all shades, textures, colors and
styles. Ambrosia was best known for their soulful soft-rock radio hits
spanning the late '70s and early '80s, including You’re the Only Woman
and How Much I Feel. One of the biggest honors bestowed upon the band was
Quincy Jones’ declaration that their hit Biggest Part of Me was one of
his all-time favorite songs.

Firefall - Sunday, June 12
A Hudson Gardens’ favorite, this Colorado-based band
placed many Top-40 chart hits, including You Are The Woman, Just Remember I
Love You, Strange Way, and Cinderella. A pioneer of country/rock
music characterized by mellow, easy sounds coupled with pop melodies and lush
harmonies, Firefall endures because of the strength and integrity of
their songs.

Nitty Gritty Dirt Band - Sunday, June 19
With a career that spans five decades, the Nitty Gritty
Dirt Band has gone from a hippie jug-band to pioneers of country rock,
setting influences that are recognized yet today. From their 35 albums came 22
country hits, three pop hits, as well as Grammy and CMA awards. The group was
also honored in 2006, when their landmark album, Will The Circle Be Unbroken,
was included in the National Recording Registry as one of 50 recordings to be
honored and preserved by the Library of Congress.

Under a Blood Red Sky: U2 tribute - Sunday, June 26
Feel the power of one of the greatest bands of our time! Their
passion and love of U2 music has brought Under a Blood Red Sky together
to truly capture U2’s sound live on stage. With great attention to detail, they
perform all eras of U2’s career, including I Will Follow, Gloria, New Year's
Day, Sunday Bloody Sunday, Pride (in the name of love), Bad, Where the Streets
Have No Name, With or Without You, Vertigo, The Fly, and Mysterious Ways...

The Guess Who - Sunday, July 3
Very few rock music acts achieving "Superstar" status in the
‘60s and ‘70s continue to tour as successfully today as The Guess Who.
Their biggest hit, American Woman, reached #1 on the Billboard charts in
1970, and is widely recognized as one of the most applauded classic rock cuts of
all time. Although they paved the way for the hard rock acts of the ‘70s with
this mega-hit and No Time, The Guess Who is also noted for elegant
pop-soul ballads like These Eyes, Laughing and Undun.

Poco - Monday, July 4
One of the first and longest-lasting groups of the
country-rock genre, Poco was born from the remaining elements of Buffalo
Springfield, when co-founders Neil Young and Stephen Stills left the group in
the spring of 1968. The band’s original name stems from a comic strip by Walt
Kelly. Their hits include Good Feeling to Know, Crazy Love, Heart of the
Night and Call It Love.

Super Diamond: Neil Diamond tribute - Sunday, July 10
Diamond is forever! Capturing the essence of Mr. Jonathan
Livingston Seagull himself, Super Diamond replicates everything from the
blinding sequin shirts of '70s era right down to the most detailed nuances of
classic songs such as Cherry, Cherry. Surreal Neil is not a Neil Diamond
impersonator. And Super Diamond is not a cover band. Super Diamond
is six guys in sequins providing what they like to call "The Alternative Neil
Diamond Experience." Whatever you do, don't let anyone tell you Neil Diamond
doesn't rock!

Loverboy - Sunday, July 17
In the 1980s, Loverboy’s red leather pants, bandanas,
and big rock sound defined the band’s trademark image and high-energy live show.
They quickly became one of America's and MTV's most popular rock bands, with
chart-toppers coming one after another. Their hits include Hot Girls In Love,
Queen Of The Broken Hearts, Working For The Weekend, When It’s Over, Take Me To
The Top, Only The Lucky Ones, Jump, and Heaven In Your Eyes.

Sister Hazel - Sunday, July 24
Their name comes from Sister Hazel Williams, a local nun who
ran who ran Sister Hazel's Rescue Mission in Gainesville, Florida during the
1970s and early ‘80s. The facility gave those who were down on their luck a safe
place to stay warm, eat and regroup, regardless of age, race or beliefs; it is
in this spirit of unconditional concern for all beings that the band chose to
use her name. With six Top-30 hits to their credit, including Your Winter,
Change Your Mind and All for You, Sister Hazel’s
Southern-style rock sound is characterized by highly melodic tunes and
optimistic lyrics with a decidedly fresh, invigorating style.

The Stylistics - Saturday, July 30
What started as the innocent union of two ex-high school bands
has developed into one of the longest-standing, most accomplished soul bands to
ever grace the R&B scene. The Stylistics, with their characteristic
charisma, style and harmony, recorded a remarkable ten straight Top-10 hits in
the early ‘70s, including You Make Me Feel Brand New, You Are Everything,
Stone In Love With You, Betcha By Golly Wow and Break Up to Make Up.

Little River Band - Sunday, July 31
Formed in Melbourne, Australia in 1975, Little River Band
was the first Australian rock group to enjoy sustained commercial success in
the United States. During their career, the band has sold more than 25 million
records and scored 13 American Top-40 hits, including Happy Anniversary,
Reminiscing, Lady, Cool Change, Man On Your Mind and Lonesome Loser.
Glenn Frey of The Eagles has publicly acclaimed Little River Band as "the
best harmony band in the world".

Richard Marx - Sunday, August 14
Writer of thirteen #1 songs, Richard Marx has
consistently and powerfully made his mark on the music industry. From 1987 to
1990, he became the first male solo artist in history to have his first seven
singles reach the Top-5 on Billboard’s singles chart, including the number one
hits Hold On to the Night, Satisfied and the worldwide classic, Right
Here Waiting. To this day, his feat remains unchallenged.

Frampton Comes Alive 35th Anniversary Tour - Sunday,
August 21
One of the most celebrated artists and guitarists in rock
history, Peter Frampton embarks on a world tour in 2011, celebrating the
35th anniversary of his multi-platinum-selling live album, Frampton Comes
Alive! The legendary album will be performed in its entirety on The Hudson
Gardens’ stage, featuring iconic classics such as Do You Feel Like We Do?,
Baby, I Love Your Way and Show Me the Way.

Vertical Horizon - Sunday, August 28
Their first major album release, Everything You Want, sold 2
million copies with the title song hitting #1 on Billboard’s Hot-100 and Adult
Top-40 charts. The song was the most played single in the year 2000. In addition
to the success with Everything You Want, Vertical Horizon garnered
continued recognition on the radio waves with You’re a God (#4 on
Billboard’s Adult Chart) and Best I Ever Had (Grey Sky Morning),
which also became a Top-20 country hit for Gary Allan in 2005.
